Q: Where is your gym? 
We're based on Hoyle Street, a two minute drive from Warrington hospital. 
Q: Is there parking available? 
Yes, we have limited parking on-site. 
Q: When are the sessions? 
Weekdays 6:00am-11am and 4:00pm-9:00pm. Saturdays 8am–11am. 
Q: How long are the sessions?
Every group personal training session is 50-minutes long. Classes are 30-40 minutes long.
Q: Are the session  times flexible? 
Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week. 
Q: When can I start? 
Once you've completed payment and you can book an intro session and get started right away. 
Q: When are the intro sessions? 
We have intro sessions available every Friday evening and Saturday morning. 
Q: What's included? 
You get group PT, nutrition support, personal coaching, and body scans. 
Q: Do I get coached? 
Yes – this a fully coached program. 
Q: How much is it? 
The challenge is currently £197. 
Q: Do I need to be fit already? 
No –  we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your fitness level.
