WHERE IS YOUR GYM?

We're located on Hoyle Street, just next door to the St Johns Ambulance building. Here's our address - Unit K Hoyle Point, Hoyle Street, Bewsey, WA5 0LW.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
We have sessions available at 6, 6.50, 9, 9.50am and 4, 4.50, 5.40, 6.30, 7.20 and 8.10pm every weekday plus Saturday mornings at 8am-12am. You can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week.

We will guide you to which sessions suit your goals and you can choose when and what sessions using our app to book in which is super flexible.

WHEN DOES IT START?
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the program right away.
DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY?
Not at all - this is what we are best at.  We will meet you where you are at in your first sessions and take it as easy as you need to get you through - our goal is to develop you and progress you, not bury you in to the ground!

No matter how you begin we will coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the 12 weeks.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 12 WEEKS?
After the 12 weeks you have the option of carrying on your progress on one of our memberships.

Basically it is up to you, carry on with us (which is what most people do) or shake hands and take your new skills to carry on the good times alone.
